I'm a turnaround person by trade — I tend to land in businesses that need a different trajectory and stick around until we find it. The work is hard, the wins are team wins, and the ride is genuinely fun. Today I lead SoftwareOne's North America region. Together with the Crayon team, we help customers and partners optimize and innovate with software, cloud, data, and AI — basically, making the IT estate work harder while pointing it toward what's next. Six months into the role, NORAM returned to growth after a long stretch in the other direction, and the Channel business is moving faster than the market. I'm proud of the team for that.A few things I care about and like to talk about: – Women Leaders in Technology — I spent six years on the WECAN board because the ecosystem is better with us in it. – IT Optimization & the Cloud Channel — my career home. – GenAI at work — how we work, learn, and engage is being rewritten live. – The Adaptability Quotient — EQ gets the spotlight, but AQ is my real superpower. AI and the world are moving fast; adaptability plus real human connection is what keeps us human in the middle of it. A pet project: ITLegends.io. The idea is simple — when we keep our promises and deliver real economic impact, IT leaders become IT legends. I'd much rather tell their stories than mine. Life is short.
