I’m currently building my career in Recreation Therapy, with hands-on experience supporting older adults in long-term care and senior living environments. I value person-centered work in every role I take on, focusing on dignity, connection, and meaningful daily experiences. My career began in the BPO industry, where I progressed from Customer Service Representative to Team Lead and Change Project Team Leader. These roles strengthened my communication, adaptability, and leadership skills in fast-paced, people-focused environments. Over time, my path shifted into more human-centered roles, including recruitment and content creation. Today, I work as an Activity Aide and Dietary Aide while completing my Recreation Therapy studies. Through my co-op and current roles, I support older adults through daily engagement, therapeutic activities, and programs that promote emotional, social, and physical well-being. I’m known for being flexible, quick to learn, and able to build genuine connections with people from different backgrounds—especially older adults. My goal is to continue growing in recreation therapy and contribute to environments that prioritize quality of life and meaningful engagement. I’m open to opportunities in long-term care, retirement communities, hospitals, and community-based programs.
