My role is to support the organization with the business-aligned learning and development offerings aimed at growth and thriving of my colleagues.
At People Advisory Services, Workforce Advisory team, I am involved in EU projects on L&D where I contribute with: - Design and development of learning materials - Development of tailored learning journeys - Curating off-the-shelf learning materials - E-learning (scoping, project management, storyboarding, digital product coordination) - Liaison with the trainers on the content of trainings Business Development • Pursuit lead for RfPs for L&D services for EU institutions
• Coordinating the implementation phase of the 4 years` framework contract for European Commission; • Contract management: inputs to bidding phase, workplans, milestones progress review, interim reporting, invoicing and payments, budget monitoring; • Project coordination: compliance of deliverables and timely submission, risk assessment and mitigation; • GDPR compliance of the deliverables involving personal data; • Information flow management (sharepoint, inquiries of stakeholders, communication policy elaboration); • Preparation of event files and briefings for stakeholder events; • Close cooperation with European Commission on ongoing work: tasks division, follow-up, joint events; • Resource allocation: staff, IT facilities, calendar ownership, third party coordination; • Digital: content management of the Single European Sky website owned by the Commission; • Procurement: calls for proposals, evaluating the quotations, relationship with vendors.
Database maintenance, arranging events, travels and meetings, ensuring the availability of the necessary materials and office supplies. In terms of events, I was entrusted to organize the activities for staff on my own or with team, depending on the number of participants, with view to a given budget, specificity of the audience, particular theme and the workload of staff. Among the teams I had a chance to assist to, most closely I was linked to the Consumer Champion team, who were elaborating the e-learning programs and modules for Member States activists in Capacity Building.
