Today, my focus is on advancing e-Mobility and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) solutions that increase reliability and speed up time-to-market. At Typhoon HIL, I serve as Senior Sales Developer for e-Mobility and BESS, working with a dynamic team to deliver hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) Solutions. These tools enable faster, safer, and more reliable power electronics development—empowering companies to innovate with confidence, from R&D through the entire customer journey I leverage my sales DNA, international networking skills, and cultural adaptability to build strong customer relationships and open new markets. Beyond my commercial role, I contribute actively to the IEEE community, support Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and engage as a panel speaker and technical paper presenter. Passionate about mentoring the next generation of sales talent, I also dedicate personal time to the SolarButterfly Project, promoting sustainable innovation worldwide.

The founder, Giuseppe Conti, became a corporate trainer at Procter & Gamble in 1998, in parallel with his Procurement career. In 2005, he started teaching in the field of negotiation at the leading Business Schools in Europe, while continuing to negotiate real-life deals with blue-chip multinationals.
