• support of the global operating manufacturing sites, co‐packers, supply chain as well as project teams within R&D in providing microbiological knowledge and expertise on all questions relating to microbial product and process design, raw materials, consumer use, hygiene, incidents,HACCP, and shelf‐life • management of category (SCC) supply chain and innovation microbiology team • training in microbiological quality assurance and HACCP • internal and external technical auditing for the category
• development of new preservation opportunities and operational windows (dairy business). • managing site‐QC of pilot‐plant and lab‐scale samples according to SOP, GMP and ISO • the microbiological safety of new formulation and process designs and involvement in the building of a virtual IT microbiological design tool for product development for her product category
