Operational Experience:- •Manage equipment complaints and critical logs through online service requests •Maintain all Critical Care Equipment during daily department rounds •Perform Electrical Safety testing for all medical equipment •Perform routine maintenance & service of breakdown calls of medical devices •Perform commissioning calibration,service,repair & troubleshooting of medical equipment •Coordination with service personnel of various local vendors •Conduct clinical support on medical equipment’s for departmental staff •Impart training's to end-users in coordination with local vendors on new medical equipment’s •Manage & coordinate with local vendor on MEP requirement during installation of new medical equipment’s •Source spares & accessories as per requirements •Integration of devices to HIS/LIS /RIS PACS by coordinating with IT & service personnel of medical equipment companies to achieve paperless workflow Managerial Experience:- •Analyse, forecast and plan comprehensive & AMC on an ongoing basis for proper execution and cost-effectiveness •Collect & prepare utilisation data of medical equipment for justification to procure new technological advanced equipment •Prepare & analyse downtime data of devices to improve quality & productivity •Assist Finance & department head in budget planning of CAPEX & OPEX •Identified Key failure parts in a medical device and reduced vendor based cost •Adhere to & maintain compliance with Hospital & patient mandated policies regarding workplace safety issues such as infection control,fire safety, hazard communications,etc. •Assist Business development department in medical equipment planning of new OPD clinic project Quality & Process management experience:- •Successfully worked towards receiving CAP accreditation for Lab department •Presently working towards receiving re-accreditation of JCI •Maintain asset inventory with compliance to PM & Calibration checks •Maintain calibration & trace-ability certificates

Provides client engineer service of Dräger medical products as Anesthesia/Ventilators, Infant warmers/ Incubators etc.at the customer sites, working on service performance and service business targets selling of consumables and accessories. • Performs Installation projects as per manufacturer regulations with different clients as MOH, MOD, Kuwait National Guard,EMS & Private Hospitals. • Maintaining up to date service documentation & technical manual library. • Advise/educate users on acquisition, planning and the correct and safe use of equipment. • Performs warranty services and installations, executes technical corrective actions through computer software. • Provide feedback on quality situation and issues from field to the Service Management. • Report any problems to the customer when need it and follow up until resolve. • Deployment of required patches and firmware updating for any hardware on site. • Provides support to sales for replacement/ special sales programs. • Provides support to sales for congresses, exhibitions, demos, workshops, etc. • Inspecting assigned service contracts with end users on medical equipment’s, including specifications and criteria to assure that service are provided as required.
