Ernst & Young (EY) is considered one of the largest professional services networks in the world and one of the Big 4 firms. • Reported to the Senior Manager – Real Estate, Hospitality & Construction Department. • Played an active role in combining urban planning, financial, and business knowledge with real estate acumen to advise clients on Development Strategy, Financial Feasibility, Investment Analysis, Business Plans, and Destination Planning for different projects.
• Conducted impairment analysis and valuation review for several plots across the MENAT region, achieving a total land area of more than 6 million sqm. • Core team member of various real estate strategies for different mega projects across the Kingdom, achieving a total development land area of more than 15 million sqm.
