• Coordinates with production team in planning and controlling the production schedule • Design lots according to an accurate pre-mass inspection • Monitor the yield and the root cause of low yield lots through analysis, simulation and experiments, if necessary; feedback results to involved process • Coordinate with other process in-charge in reducing the defects
