• Led the design and deploy of consumer understanding plan for Knorr Dry Soups in Latin America, coordinating Qualitative, Quantitative & DoE research, ensuring a consumer-centric development from E2E. • Led workshops in partnership with Marketing to use technical consumer insights for generation and substantiation of relevant product claims for consumers.
