I help actors, performers and digital characters move truthfully. I’m a Director, Movement Director, Intimacy Specialist, and Performance Capture Consultant working across theatre, film, and animation in the UK and USA. With a background as a performer before transitioning into directing and coaching, I bring a holistic understanding of the creative process to both production and actor training. My work sits at the intersection of storytelling, physical performance, and collaboration. I thrive in fast-paced creative environments and work closely with performers, animators, educators, and production teams to support artistic vision while fostering safe, dynamic, and inclusive creative spaces. Alongside directing and teaching, I work as a movement and intimacy consultant on performance capture (mocap) projects, helping performers and animators translate authentic human movement, connection, and interaction into compelling digital performance. Holding a Master’s degree specialising in directing, movement, and intimacy, I bring strong leadership, clear communication, and solution-focused thinking to every project. My practice is grounded in research, embodied performance, and consent-led methodologies that prioritise trust, creativity, and authentic connection. I’m passionate about empowering artists and collaborating with creative teams to develop bold, embodied storytelling that connects meaningfully with audiences.
