▪ Led business case creation of sourcing deflation projects through 5 RFQ packages to increase the variable cost productivity (VCP) deflation funnel for GEHC Image Guided Therapies. ▪ Assisted with 2 supplier part transfers to drive VCP and risk reduction. ▪ Collaborated with sourcing professionals on disruptive cost workouts, supplier spend analysis, and business case creation to drive VCP. ▪ Supported ergonomic team by completing initial risk assessments to analyze the risk of shop floor tasks.
Projects: ▪ Warehouse Optimization: Led reconfiguration and reorganization of warehouse products by analyzing utilization data.
