About

I'm an experienced adult education professional who designs and develops corporate and community education programs (instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning). I believe good instructional design (ID) is about transferring new knowledge and skills to the job (or to life) in a way that feels both natural and exciting. ID is about integrating your business goals and the needs of your learners. It's about thoughtful attention to the details. I bring a wealth of experience from successful past projects plus the deeper lessons learned from challenges fully met. I'll bring this vast knowledge to your project, but won't bring along an insistence that some prior model is the prescription for you. Each new project brings an opportunity for a fresh creation while standing firmly upon a foundation of proven learning principles. Specialties: Articulate Storyline E-Learning Design and Development Video scripting and talent procurement for online learning videos/vignettes
