I am a graduate from National University of Singapore (NUS) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, with a Minor in Nutrition, passionate about creating innovative and consumer-driven food solutions. I have had my fair share of experience in flavor application and evaluation, product development and sensory testing, working across various food categories. Driven by curiousity and collaboration, I aim to bridge science and creativity to shape the future of food and taste.
