I am responsible for enabling the operational excellence of the marketing team, building and leveraging a winning platform for growth. I plan and deliver our ABX strategy, whilst ensuring compliance across our marketing function, develop and maintain key frameworks and models to enable the successful delivery of our KPI's.
Working within the marketing team, I am responsible for driving greater engagement and efficacy from our marketing campaigns. This involves building out our email marketing strategy, commissioning campaigns and content, and building nurture plans. My responsibilities include improving the database engagement and segmentation through planning & commissioning marketing activity, measuring and reporting on engagement, building marketing automations and managing the oversight and governance to drive marketing performance improvements.
I am responsible for the planning and implementation of integrated campaigns across a range of marketing channels to support our lead generation goals. This involves creating briefs; ensuring activity is coordinated with the marketing team across website, paid search, social and content; and manage and review the day-to-day performance of our campaign deliverables to recommend improvements. I also manage the planning and attendance at industry events ranging from small attendance slots to larger exhibition events.
Across all elements of our marketing strategy, I drive the planning, creation and implementation of campaigns. This covers email strategies, social media, paid ads, content, website, CMS, CRM and reporting. I facilitate internal documentation, recruitment, client support and lead generation activities.

I am responsible for the day-to-day management, creation and implementation of the marketing strategy at Oosha. I research, plan and develop digital campaigns in a variety of forms including email, social media and events. Using an integrated approach, these marketing activities target various company requirements to maximise lead growth, improve customer communication and maintain existing partner relations within the professional services sector.
Working predominantly with the written word, I was responsible for producing the content used in various aspects of our marketing strategy, spanning both long- and short-form content. This includes, but is not restricted to, copywriting for the Spotler (previously CommuniGator) web pages, writing weekly blogs and producing larger resources such as whitepapers, case studies and guides. Alongside my writing, I utilise my creativity within our marketing team to produce emails, campaigns, and complete ad-hoc requirements to benefit the company’s growth.
Working as the first point of contact for customers experiencing difficulties or looking for advice on the product, I provide excellent customer service through various methods, investigating, processing and resolving complicated product issues as rapidly as possible. Communication and in-depth product knowledge are essential for the successful resolution of customer and internal user queries.
Primarily responsible for looking after groups of up to 24 children between the ages of 5 - 12 whilst they participate in various activities including ice skating, bowling and swimming. I ensure all children enjoy themselves throughout the day. Additionally, I work in the Crêche looking after children under the age of 5.
