About

Due to the fast moving environment we all have to continuously face new challenges every day. At the same time well known solutions might not help. We rather have to rethink well known ideas and find completely new ways of doing things to tackle upcoming challenges. So, when I deal with complex transformation/change requests from business departments, with individual development questions, with strategic concept work or with company-wide HR based projects, it’s always two drivers who guide my way. 1) It’s all about learning! It’s all about moving forward! In every tricky question/challenge you get there is always a chance to learn something. Sometimes there might be tension or even a conflict, but if you work through it, if you reflect your own thoughts and behavior, you will come out on a higher level. 2) It’s about building bridges! Which means to me: translating between different people/interest groups, connecting different areas of thoughts and being open for different experiences in our highly connected world. We can only get the same view on an aim, when we start talking with and listening to each other. Some of my main daily questions are: how can a company/a system/a team/a department develop to a new level? Which intervention design is the most applicable at that time? What role does leadership play in this context? Do the individual people already have all the needed learning to deliver more business impact every day? My passion, hands-on mentality and solution-focused energy helps me every day in solving these challenging questions successfully. But I could never succeed without a great and committed team around me. Discussing complex issues during a hiking trip or scribbling new ideas with great people on top of a mountain inspires me. Me in one sentence: visionary mind keen on learning and creating positive impact for people and organizations. #learning enthusiast #culture architect #organization developer
