3 month secondment to head up the L&D department of Recruiting Group, Capita RPP.
Collaborating with the Regional Operations Director in leading 67 UK/NI Army Careers Offices. Dotted line management of all Capita staff within the region (c.140) and support to the military personnel. • Direct line management of virtual events executive. • Stakeholder engagement – daily internal and external liaising, negotiating and collaborating. • Dotted line management – positive branding of regional ops, key point of escalation for a wide range of issues. • Internal communications – curating and distributing to appropriate recipients. • Project management – supporting external consultants, networking with a wide range of peers and senior leaders, working within tight timescales • BAU process improvement, change implementation and continuous improvement lead – running focus groups and workshops, process mapping, SOI creation and handling quality/risk management, managing related messaging. • Reporting, forecasting, presenting to OLT/SLT • Managed internal recruitment and inputted largely to the redesign of the onboarding process and new starter training. • Regional incentive payment scheme design and implementation. • Leadership presence on all hands calls and regional conferences/calls • Support to staff in relation to HR process and internal recruitment • D&I programme Co-facilitator • Inclusive leadership ambassador
As a managing consultant my role involved supporting, training and developing consultants within my team, as well as growing our client base and therefore recruiting for the largest number of clients in my department.
