Maastricht, Limburg, Netherlands
I am an experienced Programme and Project Manager with over 10 years of leading large strategic projects in the financial services industry, currently contributing to PwC’s Global Risk Management team. I specialise in managing complex programmes that transform internal processes through technology and strong stakeholder collaboration across multiple global territories. Since June 2022, I have been managing the Global Personal Independence Compliance Programme, leading the implementation of a new personal independence platform used across over fifty PwC territories. This remote role involves working closely with internal independence teams mainly in the US, UK, and the Netherlands, building trusted relationships and ensuring smooth delivery of technology solutions to meet diverse business needs. Prior to this, I led internal risk management projects in the UK and supported senior leadership to improve team collaboration and standardise ways of working. I also founded and led a project management team in the Pensions practice, managing high-profile transactions including the largest-ever bulk annuity deal in the UK market. Over the last year, I have expanded my role to create and lead a network of project managers providing dedicated project management services to our internal global Risk and Independence teams. I am responsible for resourcing, training, and ensuring adoption of best-in-class project management tools—including using Smartsheets for managing large projects. I am highly focused on innovation and efficiency, being a frequent user of AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Facilitator, Loop, Copilot agents, ChatGPT, and Claude to enhance project delivery and decision-making. I am a qualified Pensions Actuary and a PRINCE2 Practitioner with a collaborative leadership style that supports team development and successful cross-cultural collaboration.
