Dedicated to assisting Ukraine since 2022 across numerous humanitarian and defence-related initiatives. I currently serve as Vice Chair of Prevail (https://www.prevailtogether.org), a US–Ukraine NGO founded in 2023. Based out of Kyiv and Dnipro, Prevail provides EOD and mine awareness, trauma care, and humanitarian assistance. I have also held Director and Board roles within Tier 1/2 veteran-led NGOs, contributing to emergency response operations, training programs, and ministry-level policy and guidance. My work spans frontline defenders, volunteer organisations, and government-level stakeholders and demonstrates the ability to foster cohesive teams, navigate complex problems and generate solutions. My career began in international corporate institutions (legal and financial) before pivoting to more purpose-driven work, demonstrating proven ability to foster cohesive teams, navigate complex problems and generate solutions. In recent years I have coordinated large scale international efforts supporting displaced people and disaster relief, assisting Ukraine’s defenders with non-lethal aid, combating human trafficking, coordinating evacuations, emergency response, technology and advancing veteran support initiatives including MIA / KIA / POW advocacy. I work at the intersection of networks, operations, and policy, helping navigate complex environments, strengthen collaboration, and deliver sustainable, community-focused outcomes. I also advise civilians, humanitarian organisations, and private entities on security planning and risk mitigation in austere and high-risk environments, delivering practical, secure, and effective support.

Established a profitable Social-Enterprise, supporting local artisans with Export opportunities from Eastern Mexico - Western Guatemala to The United States and UK, in particular in areas with limited internet connectivity, to enable and empower local craftsmen, women and families. Promoted wares and facilitated online audience / joint shipping access to the families involved. Business model = participants receive 95% profit, organisation retained 5% (running costs).
