The long version: Rebecca Johnson is an entrepreneurial leader, communications professional and ICF-accredited Coach. She’s a UK national with an international background who has worked for some of the world’s largest companies and their leaders, as well as with non-profits, small business owners and start-up entrepreneurs as a business and communications consultant. Rebecca moved to Europe to work for one of the world’s largest Life Insurance & Pension companies as they regrouped after the first profit warning in their 175 year history. She was promoted to Group Head of Corporate Affairs within 18 months in that role, working closely with the Group’s CEO & his Executive team as they righted the ship, clarified their message, tightened their multi-brand strategy. She has often worked with C-suite since. A sabbatical in Asia working as a volunteer informs Rebecca's work across borders today with ESG having a vital role to play in creating shareholder value, driving sustainable business performance and growth. Rebecca has led Communications for one of the largest corporate restructures this century, M&A, complex EU regulation rollouts, billion dollar transformations and employee culture change. She has coached and supported leaders in narrative development and delivery of communications to all audiences. She is looking ahead with optimism, ready to help organizations drive growth, performance & positive impact.
