I have expertise in estimating, parametric design, contract and material negotiations, and project management of various commercial projects, ranging from residential to high-end architectural structural building design. I enjoy working on challenging and innovative projects that require creative problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability. I have earned multiple certifications in Procore, Negotiations and Conflict Resolution, OSHA 30 Safety, and Swing Stage, as well as an Award of Excellence from Master Builders of Iowa for my work on the Renzo Piano Krause Gateway building. I am proficient in Autodesk software, Bluebeam, Timberline, Constructware, and other 3D parametric modeling programs.
