Workplace Experience Associate
Provide support to the CEO and C-level including: Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings providing support to senior executives, board members, and employees Anticipate and proactively address potential issues and challenges Manage and coordinate international travel arrangements for the CEO, including: booking flights, hotels, and car services Assisting with visa procedures for international travel Manage the CEO's private requests Corporate Travel Management Plan and manage end-to-end travel logistics for CEO, C-Suite, and Team members, including: International Flights Accommodations and VIP hotel arrangements Ground transportation and drivers Visa processing Travel risk management, insurance, and health/safety protocols Monitor global travel advisories and implement contingency plans for disruptions or emergencies.
