I am a Social Communicator from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Venezuela, deeply convinced that strategic communication is one of the most powerful tools to achieve both personal and professional goals. With over 14 years of experience in companies in Venezuela and Chile, I have developed the ability to interpret the needs and expectations of diverse stakeholders, advising them on the efficient use of resources and supporting them in achieving their business objectives. My background in corporate communications has allowed me to expand into the Human Resources field, where I have confirmed that effective communication is key to an organization's DNA. Currently, I work as a partner to senior leaders, supporting their relationships with teams, developing leadership skills, and implementing HR programs focused on recruitment, organizational development, health and safety, benefits, training, and more, contributing to their success and the achievement of business objectives.

During the pandemic, I supported key business areas such as Retail, Logistics, and Finance, ensuring operational continuity amid team uncertainty. I advised organizational leaders to achieve strategic goals, support employee development, and enhance the employee experience. Additionally, I contributed to the Communications and Change Management team for important project across the Americas, playing a key role in the organizational transformation.
I developed and implemented an internal communication strategy that effectively addressed diverse employee groups (back office, front office, workshops, etc.). I also supported the development of communication strategies, tackling cultural challenges such as the integration after M&A processes, the internal development campaign (local and international mobility), and initial communications at the start of the pandemic aimed at keeping teams calm and aligned.
