      Work at flavor application lab of dairy products, developing and adjusting bases for acid or neutral milk alternatives such as example soy, almond, coconut and hazelnut, high protein drinks, yogurts, milk drinks, desserts, milk drink powders, butters, ice creams, sorbets, sherbet. Select, adjust and evaluate the flavors in the different kinds of products and taste the products with another areas such as sensory, creation and commercial. Make several tests at UHT plan with indirect injection of steam (tubes), thermomix pasteurization, homogenizer, handmade ice cream maker, popsicle maker and butter pilot plant. Prepare the samples of the finished products to send to the customer, visit them and present the prototypes with the storytelling of the products. Feed the internal systems with information about the applications and the sends of the finished product. Receive the briefs and and delivery the products at the deadline. Give the necessary support to creation area to develop new technologies. Keep in touch with providers and customers to guarantee the excellence of products. Make analysis of pH. Keep up with stability tests of the products. Go along with industrial tests at the customers or the providers.

      I developed bases to PSD, mixed drinks, concentrated syrups to beverages, teas with or without juice and flavored water. As part from my job, I have to select, adjust and evaluate the flavors in the selected bases. Taste the products with another areas such as sensory, commercial and creation. When the products were good, I had to prepare them to the customer. I also had to feed the system with the information from the applications.
