Clinical research and global health professional specialising in regulatory affairs, project and programme management, and analytics, with experience spanning multi-country vaccine trials, international health organisations, and EU-funded education and international programme engagement across Africa and Europe. At the Africa Clinical Research Network (ACRN), I have worked across both project management and regulatory affairs. As Clinical Project Management Assistant, I supported the planning, start-up, and operational delivery of concurrent Phase I and Phase III vaccine and probiotic trials, coordinating 32 cross-functional weekly meetings, maintaining project trackers and risk registers, and conducting in-person site assessments across 13 research sites in Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, and Nigeria. In my current role as Regulatory Affairs Clinical Trial Assistant, I manage regulatory and ethics submissions, TMF/eTMF governance, and inspection readiness, while leading a structured AAHRPP accreditation self-assessment across 62 elements. Previously at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, I supported portfolio management across 40 countries, built analytical dashboards, status updates, and analysed COVAX procurement data during the delivery of over 1.1 billion COVID-19 vaccine doses globally. My scientific foundation; a triple European Master's in Vaccinology (Erasmus Mundus) across Spain, Belgium, and France, informs how I think about the programmes and projects I support. Beyond clinical research, I am active in youth and education advocacy and international programme engagement as Erasmus Mundus Association (EMA) Representative, representing EMA in promoting EU-funded study opportunities, supporting graduate career integration, and participating in high-level forums including the EMSI Regional Seminar in Nairobi and a panel session in Brussels. I work closely with the EU Delegation to Zimbabwe in this capacity, and bring the added perspective of being an Erasmus Mundus graduate myself. I am focused on building a career in programme and project management, and business analytics, contributing to organisations shaping global health outcomes.
