Client : British Petroleum (BP) -ABSHERON URF Client : TOTAL -UMID 2 & BABEK FIELD DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Project details as mentioned below: SUBSEA (Piping & associated structures). Types of Subsea structures as mention below: - Combined 30" NRV & 18" SSIV. - 22" Gas export Wye structure. - Combined 30" Oil & PW PRIS & Wye structure. - Pipeline crossing support. OFFSHORE JACKET (Production / Riser Jacket & Quarters / Utility Jacket Structures). LOAD OUT VESSEL UPGRADATION. PIPELAY BARGE ISRAFIL HUSEYNOV (PLBH). GURBAN ABASOV. Work profile as mentioned below: - Involved with review of basic design structural drawings & generate detail fabrication, methods drawings for various JACKETS & SUB-SEA structure & piping (Using AutoCAD 2D & 3D) & application of EEMUA 158 standards as required. - Interpretation of metrology data reports (sea bed survey) to produce isometrics for export, import & cluster tie-in spools for SUBSEA. - Preparation of sea-fastening drawings for SUB-SEA & JACKET structures. - Preparation of rigging drawings for offshore structures along with installation, jacket upending sequence drawings & load out methods which includes material transportation studies.
Oil & Gas Projects (Offshore structures) & new building ( 62m OSV) •Review basic design structural drawings from designer (Cross checking if it compliance with class rules) •Generating structural detail drawings (drafting) for production. (Using AutoCAD 2D & 3D) •Prepation of lifting plans for offshore structures & blocks. •Review technical specifications provided my vendors for machineries & sizing of foundations by basic calculations •Closely liase with vedors technically to expedite the procurement process (Specially for machineries & steel materials) •Structural section team leader wherin leading a team of draftsmans.
New building & repair of oil rigs & ships (Engineering Department) •Review & check structural drawings done by draftsman (Cross checking if it compliance with class rules) •Preparing new fabrication, repair drawings using AutoCAD for all drill rigs structures, outfitting, machinery foundations, walkways platforms etc as per the work scope. •Playing a major role in assisting commercial department by working out steel weights for new bidding projects (eg. Jack up rigs, land rigs, ships, offshore platforms, jackets) •Involved in doing site engineering survey for jack up rigs (drilling location) along with commercial & production team. •Interfaces with other departments to obtain input for structural designs and drawings / Review of vendors data for structural interface. •Attending Engineering/Owners meetings to solve site-issues/ discuss about project status •Hand Calculations to prove the Structural Strength Check. •Solving Production onsite issues like interferences/suitability/accessibility to various areas & improving Quality •Preparation of docking plans for rigs, LNG ships, cargo ships, tugs etc.. •Provide Technical assistance to SHOP/QC/SITE for any queries raised during fabrication/ Erection. •Guiding document controller to proper document incoming and outgoing drawings/documents etc. from client & sub-contractors. Ensure timely issuance & distribution of all the drawings/documents with correct revisions to all parties •Carry out analysis of structures using software SEASAM GeniE •Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the products timely and productively
