My journey with Reactive Recruitment Ltd began 10 years ago when I joined as a Trainee Consultant, just a few months after the company was founded by Max & Paul. From those early days, I've been deeply involved in the growth and success of the business, working my way up from the ground floor to now leading as Director. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape and have been fortunate to contribute to the company’s expansion and evolution. My career progression is a testament to my commitment to excellence, continuous learning, and a passion for connecting great talent with outstanding opportunities - coupled with the trust & encouragement from those above me. As Director, I am responsible for steering our company’s strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring we deliver top-tier recruitment solutions across Northern Ireland. My hands-on experience in every facet of the business allows me to lead with a unique perspective, one that combines operational expertise with a deep empathy for both our clients and candidates.
