I serve with lots of energy and passion as a Research Project Manager and Business Developer at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences, professorship Supply chain finance. My focus lies in engaging companies with subsidized research projects under the Supply Chain Finance research group. My primary competencies include risk management, supply chain resilience, circular economy, and optimizing working capital for SMEs. I leverage my Six Sigma Black Belt certification to ensure effective project execution and impactful/effective results. Collaborating with businesses, graduates and student groups, I facilitate actionable solutions for challenges in financial, goods, and information flows within supply chains. By integrating technology such as AI, IoT, automation, and big data, I drive innovation in supply chain processes. My mission is to translate research into tangible business value, fostering sustainable and resilient supply chains.
Voor het lectoraat Supply Chain Finance zoek ik voortdurend bedrijven (MKB + Corporates) om hen met afstudeerders en/of studenten groepen (Log.Mngmnt, Techn./Bedrijfskunde, Finance, HR te helpen/optimaliseren met/van hun keten vraagstukken o.h.g.v. geld-, goederen- en informatie stromen. De ketenonderzoeken richten zich onder meer op thema’s als: 1) Risicomanagement en het vergroten van veerkracht in de keten, (SCRM) 2) Circulaire economie en het duurzaam inrichten van ketens, ((CSRD,CSDDD) 3) Technologieën (bijv.A.I., IOT, automation, Big Data) om geld-, goederen – en informatiestromen effectiever in te richten, 4) Liquiditeitsmanagement/ werkkapitaal optimalisatie voor het mkb, met aandacht voor optimalisatie van betaalprocessen als purchase-to-pay (P2P) en order-to-cash (O2C). 5) Veerkracht in toeleveringsketens / Supply Chain Resilience ========== For the Supply Chain Finance research group (professorship), I am continuously looking for companies (SMEs + Corporates) that are interested in collaborating with our graduating students on supply chain challenges related to cash, goods, and information flows. These applied research projects focus on topics such as: - Risk management and increasing supply chain resilience (SCRM) - Circular economy and sustainable supply chain design (including CSRD, CSDDD) - Technologies (e.g. AI, IoT, automation, Big Data) to optimize cash, goods, and information flows - Liquidity management and working capital optimization for SMEs, with a focus on improving payment processes such as purchase-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) - Supply Chain Resilience
