Pioneered Global Video Strategy: Built Acast's worldwide podcast video strategy from inception, successfully launching distribution and monetisation solutions across platforms including YouTube. Scoped and delivered the complete product solution required to enable Acast's network of over 140K podcasters to distribute and monetise their content effectively in video format.
