Razi Miliani is an africain pharmacist and business leader committed to driving sustainable transformation across the health sector. He serves as the CEO of COGEPHA, one of Tunisia’s largest pharmaceutical distributors, and holds an Executive MBA from IAE Sorbonne Business School – Paris-Dauphine-PSL, along with an international certification in Corporate Directorship from IAE Sorbonne. He has advised and supported the Tunisian government on innovative, high-impact projects, bringing a sustainability-driven and forward-looking perspective to national initiatives. At the continental level, he serves as an expert member of the African Union’s Technical Working Group mandated to combat substandard and falsified medical products (SFMP). He holds several key leadership positions in the health, technology, and sustainability ecosystem: • Vice President of the African Pharmaceutical Distribution Association (APDA) • Vice President of the Tunisian Chamber of Pharmaceutical Distributors • Board Member of the Tunisian Society of Telemedicine and E-Health • Head of the Tunisia Chapter – Dauphine Alumni • Ambassador for the global Fight the Fakes Alliance • Ambassador for the environmental movement “No Water No Us” • Volunteer at MedAccess Hub, contributing to the global improvement of pharmaceutical supply chains • Former member of the National Executive Board of the Tunisian Center for Young Leaders (CJD), where he served for five years in a movement committed to placing the economy at the service of humans As an international speaker, he closely follows the evolution of generative AI and delivers talks on its impact on the future of work and organizations. His approach emphasizes a responsible, ethical, and sustainable technological transition, helping individuals and institutions seize opportunities while mitigating risks. Outside his professional commitments, he is a former international basketball player and an amateur actor, active in sports, arts, and community life. He remains strongly committed to youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and building a more sustainable future for Africa.
Pilot of a strategic mission in direct collaboration with the Tunisian government presidency on behalf of the Ministry of Economy and Planning, with the objective of prioritizing, designing, and implementing structuring innovation projects for the Tunisian state.
I led the importation, promotion, and distribution of parapharmaceutical and medical products, managing the official distribution of several international brands. My leadership helped strengthen the company’s market presence and build strong partnerships across the industry.
