Over the past years, I’ve worked across backend engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and engineering management — with a strong focus on building scalable systems and helping teams grow effectively. At Nobitex, I helped scale the core exchange organization from a small engineering group into multiple teams, contributing to architecture evolution, hiring, engineering processes, reliability improvements, and large-scale product delivery in a fast-growing fintech environment serving millions of users.
