With over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry, I am a seasoned cloud leader with expertise in DevOps and SRE. Currently, I am the Head of Cloud Platform at Semperis, a cybersecurity company that protects identity systems from cyberattacks. In this role, I am responsible for designing, building, and managing the cloud infrastructure and platform services that support the company's products and customers. I also lead a team of engineers and architects who ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the cloud environment. Previously, I was the Director of Software Engineering - DevOps at Equinix, the world's largest data center provider, where I oversaw the DevOps strategy and implementation for the global cloud platform. I also contributed to the process improvement and automation of the cloud operations and delivery. Some of the skills that I use and develop in my current and past roles are cloud computing IaaS, process improvement, IT management, and SRE. My core competencies are cloud architecture, DevOps culture and practices, SRE principles and methodologies, and team leadership and collaboration.
