My role involved designing and optimizing the vehicle's control system to adapt to different terrains. In Hill Mode, the system adjusts parameters like throttle response, gear shifting, and braking to enhance performance on inclines. In Plain Mode, it optimizes efficiency and smooth operation on flat roads. My tasks included software development, calibration, testing, and analyzing vehicle performance data to ensure seamless mode transitions and improved drivability.
As an intern, I applied topology optimization techniques to enhance the design of a blade defect detection system. My work focused on optimizing the structural components to improve stability, accuracy, and efficiency while minimizing material usage. I utilized computational tools to refine the system’s framework, ensuring optimal weight distribution and mechanical performance. This contributed to an effective defect detection system, enhancing its reliability in identifying blade imperfections.
