About

I’m a strategic finance and operations executive with over three decades of global leadership experience helping organizations unlock value, manage risk, and scale effectively. Over my career at KPMG, I’ve guided Fortune 500 companies and multinational clients through complex transformations, regulatory shifts, and performance turnarounds, building a reputation for integrity, clarity, and execution. As a Global Lead Partner, I lead the delivery of integrated audits across 75+ countries, orchestrating cross-functional teams and embedding technology to enhance controls, increase transparency, and elevate audit quality. Beyond audit, I drive innovation initiatives and enterprise-wide change management programs that deliver measurable operational improvements and sustained stakeholder confidence. Previously, as Audit Practice Leader for the Pacific Southwest region, I oversaw operations across major markets, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Phoenix. I was responsible for business unit strategy, P&L management, talent development, and client delivery, achieving a double digit CAGR over five years while navigating regulatory complexity and legacy challenges. I’ve led turnaround efforts, modernized internal processes, and built frameworks for sustainable growth across diverse business environments. My leadership philosophy is rooted in the belief that clarity creates confidence. Whether driving cross-border operations, aligning capital strategy with growth, or advising boards and C-suite leaders, I bring a holistic approach that balances risk and opportunity, aligns people and processes, and helps organizations scale with purpose. I’ve held leadership roles across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, including Hong Kong, where I advised companies on IPO readiness and U.S. market entry, and Germany, where I led operating initiatives and developed local U.S. GAAP/GAAS capability. I’ve also helped shape firmwide quality and governance standards as a Professional Practice Partner in New York. With deep expertise in enterprise risk, audit quality, operational strategy, and regulatory engagement, I serve as a trusted advisor to executive teams, audit committees, and boards. I speak frequently on corporate governance, capital markets, and transformation leadership, and have served on the Advisory Board of the National Association of Corporate Directors. A licensed CPA in Illinois and New York, I’m also an active member of the AICPA, the Illinois CPA Society, and the Executives’ Club of Chicago.
