Over my career at KPMG, I’ve guided Fortune 500 companies and multinational clients through complex transformations, regulatory shifts, and performance turnarounds, building a reputation for integrity, clarity, and execution. As a Global Lead Partner, I lead the delivery of integrated audits across 75+ countries, orchestrating cross-functional teams and embedding technology to enhance controls, increase transparency, and elevate audit quality. Beyond audit, I drive innovation initiatives and enterprise-wide change management programs that deliver measurable operational improvements and sustained stakeholder confidence. Previously, as Audit Practice Leader for the Pacific Southwest region, I oversaw operations across major markets, including Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Phoenix. I was responsible for business unit strategy, P&L management, talent development, and client delivery, achieving a double digit CAGR over five years while navigating regulatory complexity and legacy challenges. Responsible for serving as the global lead partner on a Fortune 500 client and SEC Reviewing Partner on several public company engagements. • Selected as the Global Lead Partner of one of the firm’s largest clients, and served in that role for five years, focusing and refreshed audit approach with enhanced use of technological innovations to provide a consistent exceptional client experience. • Managed a team of 50+ locally and several hundred internationally, with Tax, IT and Valuation teams reporting to me, to conduct the global integrated audit as well as hundreds of worldwide statutory audits. • Oversaw all aspects of the global audit, which operated year-round, with an emphasis on acceleration and standardization. • Introduced cutting-edge technologies into the audit process and spearheaded annual client-facing Innovation Sessions, including Ignition Center conferences, to showcase current and future advancements—driving sustained improvements in audit efficiency, effectiveness, and client engagement.
