The QA Manager is given authority to execute the duties and responsibilities detailed below. Areas of uncertainty or other concerns should be referred to the Managing Director. Plans, co-ordinate and directs Quality Assurance programs and Quality Control programs designed to ensure compliance with relevant ISO 9001:2000 standard and continuous production of products consistence with established standards by performing the following duties, personally or through subordinate supervisors & staff: 1) Interprets Quality Assurance (QA) philosophy to key personnel in the organization. 2) Planning, organizing and controlling all QA internal audits. 3) Planning, organizing and controlling all Inspection and Testing activities. 4) Planning, organizing and controlling all QA Administration activities. 5) Coordinates quality objectives with production in cooperation with other plant managers to maximize production reliability and minimize costs, and achieve the Customer Focus philosophy of ISO 9001:2000.
