Negotiate Project & Programme Management Contracts and Sub-Contracts relating to projects for FIFA WC2022 QATAR involving stadia and rail projects; infrastructure projects; and mixed use real estate developments in State of Qatar and Middle East & North Africa (MENA). Negotiate Strategic Alliance, Joint Venture, Consultancy and Sub-Consultancy arrangements with global players in Project & Program Management. Support Proposal department on Bid Submissions by negotiating of NDAs, Pre-Bid Agreements, Consortium Agreements, Teaming Agreements and MOUs; reviewing Conditions of Contract in RFPs; and contribute to risk identification, analysis and allocation. Provide legal support to Contracts team. Familiar with FIDIC White Book, Red Book and Orange Book. Manage the review, negotiation and drafting of legal documentation relating to Company. Contribute to Risk Management Initiatives based on risk appetite of Company. Member of Limited Tender Committee.
Established the Legal department. Jointly led negotiations and re-negotiations on EPC, EPCC, EPIC and EPCM Contracts relating to Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy industries, both locally and internationally. Contributed to risk identification, analysis and allocation. Managed all legal issues and support Contracts department on contractual issues. Negotiated major Joint Ventures relating to Real Estate Developments, both locally and internationally. Led the standardization of company's legal documentation.
