The scope of services Raymond offers include preliminary requirement analysis; client sourcing; execution of lease negotiation strategy & detailed financial analysis. Raymond worked in Food and Beverage Industry for more than 32 years. He works in several 5-star hotel and high-end Chinese restaurants as a chef. Raymond started his agency career since 2004 and he worked at Arrow Land Property Consultant (F&B) Co. Ltd before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2005, He joined DTZ in 2013; He involved in some of Hong Kong’s high-end F&B projects in a total size of 700,000 sq. ft.
