About

Most organizations don’t fail because people stop caring. They fail because operational strain goes unseen until it becomes revenue loss, rising costs, missed commitments, burnout, compliance exposure, customer dissatisfaction, and declining trust. For more than 22 years, I’ve led complex operations across manufacturing and large-scale operations. I’ve learned that sustainable performance isn’t created by better reporting—it’s created by earlier visibility, coordinated execution, and verified recovery. Most systems record activity. Most platforms report results. ExecutionOS™ was built to do something different. It verifies execution. ExecutionOS identifies operational risk before it becomes failure, assigns ownership, supports recovery, verifies completion, and helps leaders protect revenue, strengthen accountability, and restore trust. Organizations don’t need more dashboards. They need infrastructure that answers the questions leaders ask every day: • What happened? • What is happening now? • What operational risks are emerging? • Who owns the recovery? • What happens if no one acts? • Has recovery been completed? That philosophy became the foundation of Operian Group LLC and the creation of ExecutionOS™—Human Operational Recovery Infrastructure. While building operational systems, I realized the same pattern existed outside the workplace. Many organizational challenges begin long before people enter their careers. Students are taught how to complete assignments, but far fewer are supported in developing confidence, resilience, accountability, purpose, leadership, and identity. That realization led me to create The Kaiden Project™. The Kaiden Project applies the same philosophy as ExecutionOS to education—identifying early signals, coordinating support, and helping students build confidence and identity before challenges become barriers. ExecutionOS and The Kaiden Project serve different audiences but share one philosophy: Earlier visibility creates better decisions. Better decisions create stronger support. Stronger support builds trust. Trust enables sustainable performance. I believe the organizations, schools, and communities that lead tomorrow will detect risk earlier, act faster, protect revenue, strengthen trust, develop people intentionally, and improve before small problems become major failures. • Delivered 460+ consecutive days without a lost-time incident by building a culture of ownership, accountability, leadership engagement, and execution discipline across a union beverage manufacturing operation. • Improved labor utilization, operational stability, and service performance by increasing visibility into daily execution, staffing challenges, workload balancing, and recovery priorities. • Led cross-functional recovery efforts across safety, production, quality, maintenance, and workforce challenges while maintaining customer commitments and operational performance. • Repeatedly observed that operational losses were rarely caused by a lack of effort, but by leaders being unable to clearly see execution, ownership, support needs, and recovery progress in real time. • Reinforced the belief that organizations often lose the same revenue year after year because execution becomes invisible long before losses appear on financial reports—one of the core problems ExecutionOS™ was created to solve.

    • Improved OEE by 8–10 points by increasing execution visibility, clarifying ownership, strengthening leadership routines, and creating recovery systems that reduced recurring performance losses. • Led fluid dairy manufacturing operations while improving safety, quality, productivity, labor performance, and workforce engagement across multiple departments. • Developed operational systems that improved accountability without increasing administrative burden, allowing leaders to focus more on recovery and less on reporting. • Coordinated recovery efforts across production, maintenance, quality, warehousing, and logistics functions to improve operational stability and financial performance. • Many of the visibility, ownership, verification, recovery, and value-recovery principles that would later become ExecutionOS™ were developed and tested during this period of leadership.

Improved OEE 8–10 points across fluid dairy operations by implementing within-shift execution visibility, corrective action loops, and real-time floor accountability systems. ● Built a trigger-based downtime classification and recovery system that reduced response delays and improved uptime stability across all filler lines.  ● Led a 60-day cross-functional leadership reset aligning production, QA, maintenance, and sanitation around shared KPIs and plant-level operational priorities.  ● Reduced blame-cycle culture between departments by creating shared visibility into plant performance, improving collaboration and corrective action execution speed. ● Reduced overtime reliance 10%+ through workforce flexibility systems and cross-functional skill matrix development.  ● Reduced product giveaway and process loss 10%+ through tighter operational controls, operator calibration discipline, and improved line visibility.  ● Rebuilt PM systems around equipment criticality and completion accountability, supporting zero major PMO, FDA, and SQF audit findings during tenure.
