High Intensity Tactical Training (HITT) Program Coordinator to provide the HITT Program Components to active duty and reservist service members aboard the base. Enhances force readiness by providing proper education and training on functional fitness, injury prevention, nutrition, proper execution of prescribed exercises and other related subjects for combat fitness. Formulates, organizes, prioritizes, and implements a structured curriculum that educates, provides a sense of achievement, aids in physical and mental health, and promotes performance to ensure the success of HITT and related combat fitness training programs.
Provide instruction during a combat specific strength and conditioning program to enhance performance for military personnel, active duty and reservist. Profound knowledge, principles and practices related to strength and conditioning training programs for the High Intensity Tactical Training to prepare the active duty and reservist to be prepared for three phases pre-deployment, deployment, and post deployment. I demonstrate in-depth knowledge on the principles for curriculum and training design to have the military personnel perform at their highest athletic ability based off of endurance, speed, strength, agility, and power in order to be successful in specific situations . Proven track record of motivating co-workers through building rapport and trust. Conducts Olympic Lifting clinics, designs a 12-week Olympic based program. offers a High Intensity Tactical Training certification, 40 hours course for PT leaders to bring back to there units. Teaches exercise physiology, nutrition, injury prevention and the in's and outs of our program.
Provided Strength and Conditioning (Lakeland High School) for one of toughest football conference in VA. South Eastern District conference teams consisted of Oscar Smith, Indian River, Deep Creek just to name a few. Also provided off-season Training for Great Bridge Varsity Basketball team Jaquay Hall(william&mary) and Brainte Weber(VCU) in 2009.
Selected to work the Mack Brown Speed and Explosive Camp. Conducted by the Strength and Conditioning staff, focused on instruction in Olympic weight training, form running, sprint training, vertical jump improvement, proper weight training techniques, and speed improvement.
