1. Company and product introduction to customer 2. Explore new business, price negotiation, contract negotiation 3. Review drawing, bill of quantity and particular specification in tender documents 4. Attend Government tender briefing, understand the requirement of customer 5. Review governmental regulations to define the suitable solution which meets the terms and condition 6. Site review and analyse customer requirement 7. Design and propose Engineering integrated system solution to fulfill customer requirement 8. Prepare quotation, tender, maintenance contract as well as specification submission (both governmental and commercial) 9. Work with customer and internal stake holder to define the customer requirement and project milestone 10. Communicate with cooperating factories to semi-customize the product in order to fulfill customer specific project use 11. Monitor full project cycle until Testing and Commissioning (T&C) after installation
1. Presentation preparation as well as introduction of company to customer 2. Exploring new business, price negotiation, contract negotiation 3. Responsible for the Request for Quotation (RFQ) as well as overall project Gross Profit (GP), Net Profit (NP) evaluation 4. Programme Management of New Product Introduction (NPI) to the company including ODM and OEM projects. Influencing colleagues with “can do” concept. 5. Define project milestone and meet customer target dead line 6. Communication with cooperating factories in order to fulfill customer requirement and product launch in the market 7. Operation Management from order processing to final FG logistic 8. Align with company strategy on suppliers management such as cost reduction and streamline the number of suppliers in each category
1. Promoting company Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) to customer including ODM & OEM Projects 2. Travel to customer site for presenting company cooperation with existing customer or approaching new customer 3. Presentation preparation as well as introduction of company to customer 4. Exploring new business, price negotiation, contract negotiation. 5. Responsible for the Request for Quotation (RFQ) as well as overall project Gross Profit (GP), Net Profit (NP) evaluation 6. Programme Management of New Product Introduction (NPI) to the company including ODM and OEM projects. Influencing colleagues with “can do” concept. 7. Define project milestone and meet customer target dead line 8. Communication with all level of other departments in order to fulfill customer requirement and product launch in the market 9. Monitor Sales Cycle including quality issue 10. Lead a team of Sales Officer including HK and China staff
1. Concentrate on OEM / ODM power supplies, chargers project, liaise with customers to introduce manufacturing service, negotiate the contract terms, ensure customer satisfaction during the product cycle. 2. Drive colleague and other departments to perform costing estimation, production planning, preparation of quotation. 3. Review the cost analysis, production and development plan, purchase order, material schedule. 4. Manage & Monitor 3 marketing executives including HK & China office. 5. Support other departments to work with customers in approval / Engineering changes, site auditing. 6. Attend customer meeting to resolve complaint, enquiry. 7. Business / technical interface with customers, negotiate the project contract terms / price / lead-time / technical specification. 8. Order processing, delivery arrangement with all involved department.
1. As a project engineer, whole project handling from the ID drawing preparation till mass production are the job responsibility. 2. Mainly deal with ODM products in the company, I first discuss with customer want and then chase the required material to fulfill customer needs. Therefore, I must meet with different vendor to discuss with the need of customer.
