Maintained a 90% offer acceptance rate while supporting rapid organizational growth. Owned the local recruitment budget and led employer branding initiatives, including partnerships with tech communities and events such as Hackeriot, Mamram events, and Tech Chess Tournament sponsorships.
Promoted to lead Global GTM & Product recruitment, supporting expansion across the USA, Canada, Europe, Singapore, and Australia.
Promoted to global recruitment, focusing on European GTM roles while supporting R&D hiring in Israel. Maintained a 21-day average Time-to-Hire KPI for two consecutive years, alongside a 48-hour SLA for initial CV reviews. Led first-on-the-ground hiring across new European territories. Supported employer branding initiatives, including Geektime content, “Life at Semperis” social media accounts, and company events.
Joined as the first and sole Recruiter post-Series B, with a strong focus on R&D hiring, while building the recruitment infrastructure from scratch.
