- Migrating customers from sterling B2B Integrator to CLEO harmony and clarify. - Creation of inbound and outbound rulesets (EDI, non EDI) in clarfiy studio for data transformation - Envelope, Control number, DARS, BPS and route creations for data routing - AS2,FTP,SFTP trading partner profile Creation using CLEO harmony - Working on support tickets. - Monitoring of systems objects and performing any activities.
• Developing the customer specific maps 204/214/210/990/211 based up on the mapping specification requirements (MRS) document provided by the business analyst. • Configuring the light well (OXFORD) framework components for the end-to-end file processing. • Performing unit testing and UAT with partners and moving components to the production. • Monitoring the SB2BI system health check and responding to the production email alerts like translation failures, communication issues. • Working on the any mapping requirement changes as requested by customer. • Onboarding new customers and interacting with the business analysts to gather the required information for mapping. • Creation of trading setups in SFG using FTP, SFTP, HTTP. • Creation of routing channel template and routing channels in SFG. • Working on helpdesk tickets received from customers. • Performing SI system admin activities while monthly windows patching and any system failures.
