About

Hi my name is Ravi and my objective is to secure a permanent position as an IT Support professional by utilizing my extensive experience and skills in providing technical assistance and resolving IT issues to ensure smooth operations and optimal user satisfaction. I am a highly skilled and dedicated IT Support professional with over 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems, monitoring network infrastructure, and delivering exceptional customer service. I have a proven track record of successfully resolving complex technical issues and implementing effective solutions. I also have a strong communication and problem-solving ability combined with a deep understanding of IT systems and technologies. Some of my other duties in my previous roles include performing information analysis, data examination, design network topologies, utilizing active directory, and administering DHCP roles to end users on a network server, administering interops between Zoom rooms and Google Meet, Setting up rules in Okta, SCIM provisioning, etc. My time at Year Up has equipped me with the foundation of looking forward to learning new hard skills and completing tasks with an enthusiastic attitude, maintaining a respectful and collaborative presence by showcasing professional decorum and interpersonal soft skills, to be a part of the positive shift and change that can close an opportunity divide within the corporate structures, and to be exemplary of the 'Work Hard, Have Fun' core values by orchestrating a high standard of productivity with a commitment to a vibrant team culture. As a result of my time at Year Up, I managed my time and worked efficiently while learning in a classroom based environment for six months and then interning through Year Up for two different enterprises, Tableau and SalesForce, at the same time during their merger. Having mastered the ability to bridge technical and professional skills during my Year Up internship, I have a proven track record of driving results in high-impact IT roles by blending technical expertise with corporate maturity, and affability. My goals in life include continuing my education and giving back to the community to help other people of color like myself to close an opportunity divide within the corporate work-spaces.
