I don't believe transformation is a project with a start and end date. It's a shift in how an organisation thinks about itself. Improved Finland EBITDA by EUR 2.8M vs 2019 through KPI-driven execution and accountability. Built leadership structure and accountability model across countries and functions. Restructured organization, including 50% headcount reduction in Estonia while improving operational processes. Grew number of Örum workshops in Finland by 20%. Leading one of the largest work-force rental companies in Estonia, re-structuring the sales set-up in the company.
Led Estonia's largest cinema chain with 125 employees and direct leadership of 5 site heads. Opened 3 cinemas on schedule and grew market share by 2 pp. Improved personnel efficiency by 21% through operating discipline and performance reporting.
Sales Director across 50 export markets with 7 regional sales managers. Grew revenue by 2% within 7 months. Expanded into new markets: South Africa, UAE, and Cyprus, delivering EUR 130K incremental revenue.
Led Business Division at Omniva (formerly Eesti Post) with 85 employees (direct and indirect reports). Responsible for key account sales, international sales, marketing and communication, customer service, and quality. Exceeded sales targets by an average of 4% per year over 4 consecutive years. Improved TRIM index from 3.8 to 4.4. Internal employee satisfaction reached 87.4% — the highest in the company's history. Led the Omniva brand launch.
