Ensuring that all operations are conducted in conformance with all customer requirements. Liaison to the sites managers to ensure the goals are met. Directing the day to day to ensure operations and financial targets are met. Member of the senior leadership team which is responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing the business. Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements. Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation. Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction. Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability. Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors. Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. Liaise with both R&D and Modernization groups to ensure alignment with future production needs.
