Responsibilities - Lead Program Analytical and Physical Verification - Deliver Sign-Off declarations on time for all GPDS gateways/milestones, including all Underbody, Upperbody and physical engineering confirmation milestones - Manage all VEV Engineering Sign-Off activities for multiple programs - Manage Enhanced Ford Design Verification System for each program, including setup requirements classification, Design Verification requests and Scheduled Finish dates - Drive teams to meet Design Verification Plan, gateway deliverables and report weekly status in Program Steering Team meetings - Lead cross functional reviews to track milestone progress, identify roadblocks and drive issue resolution - Prepare Senior Management Summaries to document program status & necessary recovery actions - Clearly and concisely present program status to management when VEV Supervisor is unavailable - Continue Follow-up on any Preliminary & Final Engineering confirmation contained issues and exception items in support of launch readiness
Responsibilities - Support on the DI´s Population & Positioning - Reviewing Product Direction Letters for several purposes. - Reviewing and support to get the release of Concerns & Notices for several purposes - Reviewing Take rates & Annual volumes for sourcing purposes. - Support on the open Digital Pre-Assembly Issues.
Responsibilities - Coordinating electrical D&R Engineers to support the program prototype builds - Verifying the availability of the parts needed for the builds and checking all parts arrive on time. - Contacting with USA suppliers and different Ford departments (Purchasing, Finantial, PMA & PPM) - Supporting on the Sign off of the DCV Assembly Illustrations - Supporting Program Management Team to get the D&R´s Requirements Testings Assessments for the Final Engineering - Completion Glidepath Reports. - Creating Part Change Notices to add, replace, or delete parts or PO´s from the Bill of Materials
