I got the responsibility of building up an entirely new sales team from scratch before I could move on to other challenges outside the company. The result was three succesful onboards out of four hires and one of these to take over the team management after me.
I was assigned with the task of bringing back lost business to the Danish business unit as well as grow existing business outside of the Danish boarders. In this I worked closely with the Nordic and International sales teams to ensure direction of communication with country units at our customers. I regained 11 lost customers and made 8 new ones in the short period I was back working at Management Events.
