Key responsibilities include: - Leadership and Management of the Logistics dept. handling vessels, trucks and container freight both domestic and export. - Personel responsibility - Strategy, analysis and optimization - Budget and KPI responsibilities - Sourcing and procurement of logistics/scrap-related services and equipment; freight, trucks, containers etc. - Freight tendering and strategic partnerships - ERP Development - Supply Chain Management - Developing new H.J. Hansen Supply Chain - Daily Maintenance of the supply chain and hosting SCM meetings - Seeking/Implementing improvement across the whole supply chain - Production planning
