Training the treasury Department staff. Plan, direct and consult the daily management of all financial transactions with correspondent banks (investments, borrowings, etc.), observing, and operating within, the policies, procedures and limits set by the Liquidity Committee. Setting and supervising the required levels of Liquidity reserves; monitor on a daily basis the compliance with the established levels; and, periodically review the liquidity requirements. Organize and direct the cash management system, coordinating with the various units of the Operations and Finance Divisions to ensure the cash supply to the branch offices. Organize and supervise monthly, weekly, and daily, cash flow projections Maintaining treasury financial systems in accordance with CHF policies, donor regulations, audit requirements; and local and Iraqi banking standards. Participate in the development of improved processes, polices and procedures. Understand, know, and follow, CHF and ACSI’s policies and procedures.
Planning, and monitoring the maturity, foreign exchange ,credit, and country risks, exposure ; taking proper measures to maintain exposures within the approved limits. Working with the senior managing team in ensuring that the company obtains an investment-grade risk rating. Organize and direct the cash management system, coordinating with the various units of the operations and finance divisions to ensure the cash supply to the branch offices. Maintaining treasury financial systems in accordance with CHF policies, donor regulations, audit requirements; and local and Iraqi banking standards. Participate in the development of improved processes, polices and procedures. Safeguarding check books.

Administering the cash management system, coordinating with the Operations Department to ensure the cash supply to the branch offices. Managing the investment portfolio, verifying compliance with risk and diversification policies, and providing periodical profitability reports. Preparing monthly, weekly, and daily, cash flow projections. Support the Director of Finance to centralize information, and assist to prepare the annual budget by profit center. Contribute to the institutional strategic planning process; and in the elaboration of the business plan, and budgets, providing support with all required forecasts and estimates. Maintaining treasury financial systems in accordance with CHF policies, donor regulations, audit requirements; and local and Iraqi banking standards. Preparing financial reports, and deliver them on a timely basis to internal and external users. Participate in the development of improved processes, polices and procedures. Prepare Contingency Plans, considering the impact of different stress scenarios on the liquidity position, arranging Lender of Last Resort agreements with HQ and LLC. Assist the Director of Finance to analyze of profitability by product. Review the structure, trends, and repayment rates of the loan portfolio to ensure proper funding. Assist in the analysis of the financial statements (balance sheet and income statement). Understand, know, and follow, CHF and ACSI’s policies and procedures.
