Edit Rasha Al-Sulaiti has been an entrepreneur since 2003 and a technology entrepreneur since 2013, with extensive experience in driving business innovation. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from UAE University (2001) and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris in Qatar (2012). From 2001 to 2017, she held various positions at Qatar Foundation before fully dedicating herself to the private sector. Rasha has founded and led multiple organizations that leverage technology to meet the needs of modern digital consumers. She directed the daily operations of Rawi Al Kotob (2016–2020), developing strategic partnerships with audiobook platforms, publishers, and governmental and cultural institutions. In 2023, she decided to pivot Rawi into Rawi Technology, focusing on the Arabic content and data industry and providing high-quality digital content and licensing solutions for today’s digital economy. A passionate, results-driven leader, she excels at solving complex challenges, motivating teams to achieve peak performance, and providing strategic management and consultancy across diverse projects. She is currently pursuing an MA in Contemporary Islamic Studies at Hamad Bin Khalifa University, with a thesis, “Mapping Health and Power: Colonial Transformation of the Arabian Peninsula” (submission planned for June 2027), which explores the role of missionary hospitals and colonial medical influence in the region.
