I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Electronics Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalunya (Barcelona). With over 15 years of experience in electronics engineering, I began my career in industrial and consumer electronics before transitioning to civil aviation electronics design, where I spent 11 years in Munich. Currently, I work as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer at DOGA in Barcelona, focusing on motor controller electronics. I manage the full hardware design cycle, from requirements definition to PCB design, validation, and production support, ensuring compliance with automotive and railway standards. Recently, I also explored the New Space industry, reflecting my passion for designing innovative and reliable electronic systems.
Responsible for the design of electronic hardware for motor controllers, covering the complete design cycle: requirements definition, schematics, component selection, PCB design, review, validation, and production support. Development in compliance with ISO 14982 (Agricultural and forestry machinery), automotive (ISO 26262, AEC-Q100) and railway (EN 50121-2-3) standards, ensuring electromagnetic compatibility (EMC/EMI), reliability, and functional safety.
Design authority in electronics and electrical engineering for Lunar exploration Rovers.
Hardware design for high voltage and high current aircraft electrical propulsion systems.
Design of electronic circuits for avionics according to the DO-160 standard as part of the Zodiac Inflight Innovations business unit, mainly for IFE applications such as; wireless and cellular communication systems for inflight connectivity. Main activities are, among others: schematic design and PCB layout of prototypes using Altium Designer, testing of the prototypes, full involvement in the product development process (from requirements to qualification).
